Ken .. you're getting back to me two months too late. IF you're not shipping during a certain time of the year, you should notify people via email or put a notice up on your website.

I don't know which post you read, I think the 'blasting' was warranted given the circumstances. I got my worms from the Cape Cod worm farm in a timely manner.

Hi. I was just looking at people's responses in the poll at lecollage, and I wanted to let you know that requests are always, always open at lecollage. It isn't that they're too much for me, but TONS of people have made requests, and I only post about three batches of icons per work, so it is taking a while to work my way through the requests that are ALREADY there. But new requests can be made at any time, and they will be gotten around to ASAP. Have you made a request? I looked through the request post, and I didn't see one from you. My last eight icon posts have been requests, and though I kind of want to do some of my own artists for a change, I plan to continue doing requests for a while, just to try to knock out some more of the requests and lighten the load. (: But new requests are always accepted and appreciated. I love it when people make requests of me, honestly, even if it takes a while for me to complete them.

people there have provided good links to beekeepers in the area that can remove.. I wonder how the person knew it was a European variety, most folk don't look quite that close when the bees are IN YOUR WALL Lol..!!

The photo is my husband's, it's from a trip he took to Turkey when he was 18. He's the one who looks like charlie manson, in the middle (thankfully he had a different haircut and no beard when I met him, I'm not sure I would have gone out with him if he looked like this. Yes I'm shallow... but he looks crazy)

I don't know I'd say "shallow," even without knowing you much or well. There's an actor on television who strongly resembles a former SO of mine who's now deceased, and it's really unsettling.

Bee Question

My big apple tree and the three saplings have all bloomed now.

I'm worried about them though: How warm does it have to be before the bees can do a good job pollenating a fruit tree?
I have had to mow the grass while wearing a jacket this week.
I think the weather has also caused many of my daffodils to fail to make seeds this year. The plants have set these huge seed pods which have nothing in them. (Perhaps it's because of too much rain?)

above 55F and sunny should do the trick. Its amazing how warm a sunny spot can get. I know here it's 45F in the shade but in the sun its quite comfy.

there are many other pollinators though (wasps, other types of bees (not honeybee))

if you have fruit trees you may want to consider getting some mason bees. Not sure where to get them, there are a few suppliers out there. They're solitary bees and do not need a hive, they're fruit pollinators

no worries. I'm sure the pollinators are hard at work for you :)
