zumba kicked my ass last night

I'm glad I didn't sign up for bellydancing, I don't think I'm cut out for this sort of activity

what?! how can you hate aerobics classes?? have you tried aerobic kickboxing yet? it's really awesome too. especially on a day when people have really pissed you off or gotten on your nerves! :D it's one of my faves besides yoga.
