A disaster of extra large proportions - with eggplant and spinach

went to get my car inspected, made a lunch date of it with the husband (he needed his emmissions tested too)

forgot leftover pizza on roof of car as I pulled out of the lot

many cars honking and pointing, but it was too late

it's a damn shame, that was one good pizza

I am so bummed out

Wasted pizza is something to be sad about. Sounds like it was a mighty good one too. I am gradually leaning more and more towards the veggie supreme pizzas these days.
Spinach is one of those veggies I am gradually starting to like though I usually still only eat it in a restaurant. Olive Garden makes a potato soup with either spinach or kale in it that I like.
